Welcome to Haunted Edgartown. You'll explore the dark side of this charming town in a 90-minute, guided storytelling experience. Along the way you'll hear tales of shipwrecks and sea curses, buried secrets, the first execution on the island, and the ghosts said to linger in its oldest houses.
The route winds past some of Edgartown's oldest, most haunted homes and churches, with a stop at each to share the ghost story behind it. Perfect for curious adults, brave teens, and anyone who enjoys a chill down the spine.

Meet your guide, Seamus.
A longtime collector of the stories this island keeps after dark. For ninety minutes at a time, he gathers them and passes them along to anyone willing to walk the route.
§ III — Whispers from the Fog
A town rife with haunted houses. You'll hear tales out of each, stories that refuse to remain buried.
Skull & Crossbones
Skull and bones, cut into Island stone: a reminder of the end. The stories say some of the dead here have needed no reminding to come back.

Interesting stories, a dose of humor, prowling Edgartown streets after dark. This is the tour I've been waiting for. Thank you to Seamus, our most excellent guide. If you're on the fence about booking, just do it. A word to the wise - take the bus in. The parking situation in Edgartown is ridiculous!
